Jacob Abramson is an award winning developer and owner’s representative advising select investors on projects requiring disciplined execution, refined positioning, and a clear path from concept to completion. Known for bringing a design led, value driven perspective to residential, commercial and mixed-use projects.
With decades of experience across New York and South Florida, Abramson has built a career identifying overlooked opportunities and transforming them into distinctive high performing properties.
Abramson began in the boutique condominium markets in Manhattan and the Brooklyn waterfront, where he developed a sharp eye for undervalued neighborhoods, architectural character, and market timing.
In South Florida, Abramson helped to shape the wave of Oceanfront luxury developments in Miami and Golden Beach delivering speculative custom ultra-modern residences recognized for their design ambition, craftsmanship and record setting sales performance.
Through Jacob Abramson Developments & Owner’s Rep., he provides strategic guidance across development planning, team selection, construction management, regulatory and land-use coordination, financing strategy, branding, and sales positioning. His approach is hands on, highly curated, and grounded in one core belief: exceptional real estate is not simply built, it is orchestrated.
Abramson’s work sits at the intersection of real estate, design, construction, capital strategy, and placemaking. His projects and advisory work have included collaborations with leading cultural and design institutions, including The Guggenheim Museum, Calatrava Architects & Engineers, and Oppenheim Architecture.
Abramson currently serves as an advisor to the City of Miami’s 33-acre urban revitalization initiative adjacent the Signature Bridge and is developing a Buddhist campus in Lake Okeechobee, Florida, focused on reflection, culture, and community.
